What are solar panel grants?
Solar panel grants are an excellent way to offset the cost of installing solar panels. There are a variety of grants available, depending on where you live and what type of system you need but we can help you obtain a solar panel grant through the ECO scheme.
In order to be eligible for a solar panel grant, you must first meet certain criteria such as having an appropriate roof space and being located in an area suitable for solar installation, not to mention to be eligible for the solar panel grant under the ECO scheme you will need to be in receipt of certain benefits. Below you will see a list of benefits that are the criteria for applying for a successful solar panel grant.
If you meet the criteria, then you can apply to the ECO scheme and be eligible for up to £10,000 towards the cost of a solar panel system.
Who qualifies for a solar panel grant in Monmouthshire?
Under ECO4 the solar panel grant scheme is available to home owners, tenants and landlords looking to reduce their energy bills and improve their properties energy performance rating.
In order to qualify for a solar panel grant in Monmouthshire there are a number of criteria that must be met before receiving the funding. You will need to be receiving a form of income based government benefit and have a household income that does not exceed a threshold if you are in receipt of child benefit.
