What are solar panel grants?
Solar panel grants are an excellent way to reduce the upfront cost of going solar. The grants are offered by governments and other organisations to encourage more households adopt renewable energy systems.
In order to be eligible for a solar panel grant, you must first meet certain criteria such as having an appropriate roof space and being located in an area suitable for solar installation, not to mention to be eligible for the solar panel grant under the ECO scheme you will need to be in receipt of certain benefits. Below you will see a list of benefits that are the criteria for applying for a successful solar panel grant.
If you meet the criteria, then you can apply to the ECO scheme and be eligible for up to £10,000 towards the cost of a solar panel system.
